Alexandra Levitt, MD, MPH
Dr. Alexandra E. Levitt graduated first in her class from University of Miami Medical School. She then completed a year of general medicine and surgery training at Indiana University, followed by ophthalmology residency at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami. Finally, she completed a two-year fellowship in oculofacial plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of Colorado.
She is a board-certified, fellowship trained doctor specializing in oculofacial plastics and reconstruction, and is currently a candidate for membership in the prestigious American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
She is a highly dedicated and caring professional with stellar credentials. Dr. Levitt’s original research has been published in multiple peer-reviewed medical journals, and she has developed a reputation as an outstanding educator and teacher. Dr. Levitt is particularly drawn to the artistry of facial reconstructive and cosmetic surgery, and she enjoys spending time with each of her patients to understand and achieve their specific goals.
In her spare time, she enjoys getting to know Colorado’s beautiful outdoors through hiking and photography, and recently completed a thru-hike of the Colorado Trail. Her indoor interests include cooking, reading, and the occasional board game.
