They have the friendliest staff and board certified doctors. Dr. Echalier and her team are wonderful. I am glad I made the appointment. Dr. Echalier has an excellent bedside manner. She is very comfortable to talk too. It wasn’t hard to make the decision after speaking to her. I would highly recommend seeing her.
I have been seeing Trish for sometime now. I am super happy with the quality service she provides and I seen some real results even with a few chemical peels here and there. She is an expert in handling Fitzpatrick 5/6 skin. HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone who struggles with hyperpigmentation and acne to see her.

I recently moved and was looking for a Medical Spa in Denver with the same high quality that I was accustomed while living in Los Angeles. I am extremely pleased that my search has led me to ReDerm MD Medical Spa. My husband and I have been seeing Trish on a monthly basis. She is a dedicated, skillful and knowledgeable esthetician and I know that we are in very capable hands.

I have been to several experienced plastic surgeons and aesthetician’s and Dr. Echalier is hands down the best. I never post reviews, but after trial and error with several other credible plastic surgeons/medical injectors, Dr. Echalier fixed what others could not (my accordion double smile lines). She also did my cheeks a few months ago and gave me the most beautiful, natural cheek bones. Her understanding of the anatomy of the face, filler, surgery, Botox, etc. far supersedes surgeons/injectors that have been in the field 20+ years. I have really really high standards when it comes to my face and Dr. Echalier meets them every time. I’ve learned from experience the intricacy of facial aesthetics and how careful you must be in choosing a high quality person to trust with your face! Dr. Echalier also does a really good job of listening to you, finding out exactly what your goal is, and finding a way to meet those goals. The last thing I’ll say about Dr. Echalier that makes her truly remarkable, is she doesn’t try and make money off you by subtly pointing out your flaws or making you feel insecure about features of your face (Be cognizant, this happens with alot of aestheticians/plastic surgeons). She genuinely wants you to feel beautiful and makes feel like a fun way to treat yourself. 10/10 worth it.
Dr. Fante has excellent patient communication and takes time to listen and explain your procedure. I am thrilled with my results.
Dr. Fante and his team are all very knowledgeable, professional, efficient, pleasant and very helpful. I most definitely recommend the Fante Eye & Face Centre if you expect top quality experts for your surgery with a natural look as a result. On my follow up appointment I asked Dr. Fante about a growth below my eye. As he was busy he kindly as Dr. Echalier to take a look and remove it if she had time. She kindly fitted me in between patients and I had it removed within 15 mins rather than having to return as I live quite a distance away. She also did amazing job. This is a top quality practice in every way.
The office is absolutely beautiful and the staff is so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I look forward to visiting Catherine Highland each time I schedule a visit. I have tried several of their services including CoolSculpting, Eyebrow Wax & Dye, Microneedling, and soon to by Kybella ! They have it all! Since my last review I have continued to visit Catherine Highland and we did a full body morpheus8 treatment with three passes. I am now 40 years old and my skin looks fantastic! We also have done more BBL light laser treatments and they are hands down one of my favorite for getting rid of dark spots and rosacea.
This was my first appointment at the centre. The receptionist was great, helped with a few forms, and made me feel welcome. After a brief wait a nurse took me back and did a couple of vision tests. She was very attentive, informative and professional. Dr. Echalier was terrific. Explained my situation and completely answered all my questions. Can’t find even a small complaint plus I got a cup of coffee for the road!
