A Little Boost
Sometimes, all it takes to feel better about the way you look is to reveal your naturally glowing skin. The skin’s vibrancy often gets hidden beneath dead and damaged skin cells that hang around the surface. These cells not only cause dullness, but they also stand between the skin and your expensive skin care products. A few options for uncovering your inner glow include:
- Micropen treatment. Microneedling has become one of the processes through which younger patients are getting a head start on pampering their skin. Immediately after redness dissipates (within 24 hours), patients notice a brighter, healthier complexion. Because tiny injuries are made on the surface, treatment also brings a flood of collagen into the area. Over time, the rebuilt collagen strands better support the skin, and scars gradually disappear.
- Botox. There aren’t many people who don’t know what Botox can do. If you are concerned about looking tired or angry in your holiday pictures because of those sagging brows or frown lines, you still have ample time to resolve these issues with a comfortable office treatment.
- Fillers. It is common knowledge that fillers can plump the lips and smooth lines and wrinkles. However, some people still don’t know that a short office visit with an experienced injector can erase their under eye bags and get them ready for any holiday party. We also use fillers like Juvéderm® to round out the cheeks, which often has an advantageous effect on the sagging jowls.
